Connie Taylor, LCSW
Connie Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a native of Knoxville. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University in 1983 and her Master's of Social Work from the University of South Carolina in 1988. After working many years with home health and hospice agencies in South Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee she began consulting with assisted living facilities and nursing homes. In 1999 Connie and three other clinical social workers formed Senior Care Consultants, Inc. where she serves as president today. Connie was selected as Social Worker of the Year 2003 by the Tennessee Society of Health Care Social Workers Mid-East Council, was elected President of TSHCSW 2004, and serves as a board member of Region II Home Care Council. She has been a field instructor for the University of Tennessee College of Social Work, and began co-chairing the local chapter of the National Association of Social Workers in September 2004.

| When the professional hat slips to the side, Connie is a wife, mother of a 16 year old daughter and a 15 year old Korean exchange daughter. She is also the care manager for her own mother and in-laws, a farmer, and is pursuing animal assisted therapy certification with her llamas. |

Susan's background includes being a social worker for several home health agencies and also several inpatient psychiatric units. Prior to getting her LCSW, she determined eligibility for the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services. She is a Disaster Mental Health Volunteer for the Red Cross. In addition volunteers locally on an on-call basis assisting with area disasters such as house or apartment fires, floods, and mud slides.She responded to 9/11, the Tennessee Tornadoes in 11/02, the Kentucky flooding in June 2004, and Hurricane Charley in August 2004. She has been a grief counselor for children and adults and currently volunteer with Kids in Crisis Support (KICS).

| Judi ia a native East Tennessean who earned her B.S. in Child and Family Studies and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Judi has served as a social worker for 20 plus years in local community and healthcare agencies. She has been licensed by the State of Tennessee to provide psychotherapy services since 1991. In 1994 she was granted a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work by the National Association of Social Workers. Additional training and education have been achieved through participation in numerous professional activities, including atttendance at the Bill Gothard Institute and the Dale Carnegie and Lazarus Management Training programs. She is a member of the National Association of Chistians in Social Work and also an active member of the Tennesse Society of Health Care Social Workers. |
